Eagle Canyon

As mentioned by a visitor there is a parallel canyon to Ouimet Canyon. This one is privately owned and is a camping/RV area with a attraction that people that are afraid of heights might
want to avoid. It's the longest suspension bridge in Ontario. It is stunning and very exciting to walk across and there are hiking trails on each side of the canyon. I recall signing a wavier to cross it so we couldn't sue the owner in case of a accident. But of course it's more then safe. It's about 50 miles north of Thunder Bay Ont. near Dorion Ont. It's a bit off the beaten path but aren't the best things always?? These pictures don't do the place justice at all, it's very high up.
Thanks again to the visitor that brought this up!

That is crazy, is that legal?
Are kids even allowed on that?

My gosh does it swing in the winds?
I'm not sure I'd be comfortable on that sort of bridge.

There is a mine nearby where
you can rock hunt for Amethyst rocks. I think it's called Amethyst
Mine Panorama? They charged you by the pound for rocks taken home.
